Accessibility Statement
Last updated: September 23, 2026
Strategically Speaking LLC is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, rely on keyboard navigation, or have low vision or color-vision deficiencies.
Our Standard
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as the standard we design and build against. This is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time fix — we review and improve the site on a continuing basis, and we have not commissioned a formal third-party audit certifying full conformance.
What We've Done
- Color contrast — Text and interactive elements are checked against WCAG AA contrast minimums (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text and interface components like borders and focus indicators).
- Keyboard navigation— Interactive elements are reachable and operable via keyboard, with a visible focus state and a “Skip to main content” link at the top of every page.
- Semantic structure — Pages use meaningful heading hierarchy, labeled form fields, and descriptive link text to support screen readers and other assistive technology.
- Reduced motion — Animations are minimized or disabled for visitors whose systems are set to prefer reduced motion.
- Responsive design — Pages adapt to different screen sizes and zoom levels without loss of content or functionality.
Known Limitations
No website is perfectly accessible to everyone, and we're aware that gaps may exist — particularly in third-party embeds (such as our scheduling and billing providers) that we don't directly control. If you encounter a barrier, we want to know about it so we can address it.
Feedback
If you experience difficulty accessing any part of this website, please contact us at hello@strategically-speaking.com. Please describe the issue and the page where you encountered it, and we'll do our best to respond and resolve it promptly.
