This Privacy Policy describes how Strategically Speaking LLC, an Alabama limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit https://strategically-speaking.com.

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

  • Contact form submissions — When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the message you send. This information is used to respond to your inquiry and, as described under Email Communications below, to follow up with you about it.
  • Business contact information — We may collect publicly listed business contact details (such as a business name, website, email address, or phone number from a chamber of commerce or business directory) so we can introduce our services to business owners. You can opt out of our emails at any time.
  • Resource downloads — When you download a resource from our site, we collect your email address to deliver the requested content and, where indicated, to follow up with related information.
  • Workshop and event signups — When you join a waitlist or register for a workshop, we collect your name and email address to send updates and communications related to that event.
  • Discovery call bookings — When you schedule a call through our booking system, we collect contact information and any details you provide in the scheduling form.
  • Usage data via Google Analytics — We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our site. This includes pages visited, time on site, device type, browser, and approximate geographic location. This data is collected through cookies and is used in aggregate to help us understand overall usage patterns. Google Analytics may associate session data with individual users based on their device or browser.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver resources or event communications you signed up for

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies

Google Analytics only runs if you accept; if you reject or don't make a choice, it stays off. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

  • Google Analytics — website usage analytics. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Resend — email delivery service used to send responses to contact form submissions, follow-up and outreach emails, and other transactional emails. Privacy policy: resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
  • Calendly — appointment scheduling used when you book a discovery call. Information you submit during scheduling is processed by Calendly. Privacy policy: calendly.com/privacy.

Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information submitted through this site. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Email Communications and Opting Out

We may email you in response to your inquiry, to deliver content or updates you requested, and to share information about our services. You can opt out at any time in either of these ways:

You can choose to stop all email from us, or to stop newsletters and marketing only. If you stop marketing only, we may still send messages you have asked for or that relate to services you have with us, such as replies to your requests, invoices, and project updates. If you stop all email, we will not email you except where the law requires it.

We process opt-out requests promptly and always within ten business days. To make sure we honor your choice, we keep a do-not-email record containing your email address, the date, and what you opted out of. We keep this record even if you ask us to delete your other information, because deleting it would risk emailing you by mistake. If you opted out by mistake, you can ask us to add you back at any time.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions and other collected data are retained only as long as needed to fulfill your request or maintain communication with you. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. The only exception is the do-not-email record described above, which we keep so we can continue to honor your opt-out.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know what personal information is collected and to opt out of its sale (we do not sell personal information). Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects when changes were last made. Continued use of the site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
